DemandAheadTarget-led pilot workspace
Updated September 17, 2026. A scope request creates no order, charge or subscription. Pilot scope, price, review period, deliverables and access duration must be agreed in a separate written offer before a paid engagement. No automatic renewal is offered.
A workspace contains customer-selected targets, source-linked owner reviews and reported outcomes. An initial evaluation workspace has 30-day private access unless another duration is explicitly agreed. Possession of the private link grants access; keep it within your team. DemandAhead can replace or pause a link while preserving records.
Source coverage is limited and varies by target. Adding a website does not activate automatic monitoring of that website. Name or address matches are research candidates, not verified identity or buying intent. Judgments need a new review after seven days or when the retained source changes. No budget, available contract, purchasing decision or sales outcome is guaranteed.

DemandAheadResearch delivery terms
Version commercial-research-2026-09-08. These terms apply only to the customer-specific commercial research delivery identified in your private quote. Historical signage briefs and memberships below keep their original contracts.
Your order
Your private quote identifies your business and territory, the research scope, included project count and one-time price in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Payment unlocks the prepared delivery for 30 days from verified payment. You can download it during that period. This purchase does not include automatic renewal, an ongoing update service or future deliveries. Each later purchase requires a new quote and agreement.
What is delivered
For each included project: the observed change and location, dated sources and licence references, an explanation of possible relevance to your services, practical next questions and material unknowns. A project-only record does not confirm the business operator. An identity cross-check only supports the stated business/location match; it does not establish an open buying requirement.
Research does not guarantee buyer interest, available budget, procurement timing, exclusivity, a response or revenue. Source records can lag the market. The delivered snapshot remains as reviewed; verify current circumstances before acting. Underlying public data remains available under its original licence.
Delivery problems
Report a missing delivery, duplicate project within the same brief, material factual error, or a project outside the agreed services/territory through the private delivery page or hello@demandahead.com within 14 days of payment. We will review the issue and provide a corrected replacement within seven days of the report, or refund the proportion of the price attributable to affected projects, plus corresponding tax. If no content is delivered, the full price is refundable. A disclosed unknown, no response or an unsuccessful sale is not itself a delivery defect. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
A support or refund request is saved for review. It does not itself process a refund or create another order. Refund status is recorded only after verification with the payment provider.
Private access and use
The complete private link grants access to its holder; share it only within your team. Stripe handles payment details. DemandAhead does not contact target businesses on your behalf. You are responsible for how you use the research and contact businesses. Avoid sensitive personal information in feedback.
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a sample creates no payment obligation. Business identity and payment readiness must be confirmed before live checkout is available.

GTA signage brief terms
Version signage_brief_v1 · September 7, 2026. These terms apply to the one-time signage brief; legacy memberships below retain their own contract.
C$149 plus applicable tax purchases five reviewed, non-exclusive business-change opportunity cards in your agreed GTA territory and status updates over 14 days from payment. We confirm availability before inviting payment. There is no automatic renewal.
A qualifying card identifies a specific business and location, a recent observed change, dated sources and corroboration, an official contact route, potential signage relevance and material unknowns. A card is researched intelligence, not a buyer inquiry, verified purchasing intention, promise of contactability or guaranteed sale. Supplier selection, timing, scope and budget may remain unknown.
If a card is a duplicate in the same brief, identifies the wrong business/location, or is not delivered, notify hello@demandahead.com within 14 days of payment. We will replace it within seven days or refund C$29.80 per affected card, plus the corresponding tax. No reply, an unsuccessful sale or an accurately disclosed unknown is not itself a delivery defect. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
The private brief link grants access to its holder: keep it within your team. Access lasts 30 days; export during that period. Underlying government data retains the permissions and conditions of its original licence, linked on each card. DemandAhead does not claim exclusive ownership of government data or impose extra restrictions on it.
You remain responsible for how you contact businesses, including consent, identification and opt-out requirements. DemandAhead does not send outreach on your behalf. Do not submit sensitive personal information in outcome notes.
Business identity and payment readiness are confirmed before live checkout. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Requests submitted on the website do not create an order or charge.
Historical membership terms.
These terms govern DemandAhead opportunity-intelligence memberships. They are designed to keep the product promise narrow and truthful while the service is in its founding stage.
What DemandAhead provides
DemandAhead monitors public business-change information and converts it into prioritized sales-research opportunities. Membership access may include current business identity, event context, public contact paths, buyer-role hypotheses, recommended next actions, history, exports and other features according to the purchased plan.
What DemandAhead does not promise
An opportunity is not a buyer-confirmed request unless it is explicitly labeled that way. DemandAhead does not guarantee that a business needs your service, that a project remains open, that a contact is the final decision-maker, or that pursuing an opportunity will produce a reply, quote or sale. Members should independently verify material facts before relying on them.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled. The price and included access are shown before Checkout. Stripe processes payment. Cancellation scheduled through the private member page takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise. Failed or past-due payments may restrict feed access until billing recovers.
Plan access and geography
Different plans may limit the number of opportunities shown, history length, contact detail, buyer-role guidance, recommended actions, export, priority features and geographic coverage. Starter includes one Canadian city or metro area; Pro may cover one Canadian province or territory; Business may cover Canada-wide inventory. Geographic access is enforced by the service, not merely hidden in the interface. Canada-wide access does not mean every municipality has identical source depth, freshness or event coverage: public-data availability varies by jurisdiction. DemandAhead may improve plan features and source coverage over time but will not silently downgrade an already-paid billing period.
Acceptable use
- Use opportunity information for your own legitimate B2B sales research and operations.
- Do not resell, republish, scrape, mirror or redistribute the private feed as a competing data product.
- Keep private feed links and access tokens confidential.
- You remain responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, telemarketing and anti-spam rules when contacting businesses.
Data sources and corrections
Public sources can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication. DemandAhead may suppress or revise an opportunity when new evidence changes its quality. Source availability, fields and update frequency can differ by city and province. To report a material error, contact hello@demandahead.com.
Founding-stage changes
DemandAhead may add sources, territories, event types and workflow features. Material changes to billing or the core subscription promise apply prospectively. Historical buyer-confirmed introduction features, if offered later, are a separate premium workflow and are not implied by an ordinary membership.
