DemandAhead

Your information and workspace

Updated September 17, 2026. For a target-led scope request, we collect your company, work email, offered services, territory, target names and business question, together with your request for a reply. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Private workspaces retain your targets, source-linked research reviews, first access time and voluntary result notes, including any time-saved estimates. These are used to deliver the agreed research, follow up on your request and evaluate usefulness. Please use business information and do not submit sensitive personal information.

The private link grants access to its holder. Its secret is checked against a stored hash; the workspace removes it from the address bar after opening and keeps it in the current browser tab's session. It does not send it to third-party analytics. Keep the link private and ask us to replace it if shared unintentionally.

Records are retained while needed to deliver the service, respond to corrections, honor contact preferences and maintain relevant transaction history. Contact hello@demandahead.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Necessary suppression and transaction records may be retained. The notes below describe preserved historical services.

Signage brief requests and private briefs

We collect company name, business email, offered services, requested GTA cities and permission to respond when you request a brief. A request does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing. These details, correspondence records and any voluntary outcome notes are used to assess availability, respond, deliver the service and improve relevance.

Public business-change records are reviewed separately from customer contact permission. Private brief links identify the issued brief and record first access; outcome notes and prior delivery versions are retained for service history. Keep your private link within your team and do not include sensitive personal information in notes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in DemandAhead.

We retain records while needed to provide the service, honor stop-contact preferences and maintain necessary transaction records. To request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@demandahead.com. Stop-contact requests suppress further messages; necessary suppression and transaction records may be retained.

Privacy notice.

DemandAhead uses a small amount of customer information to operate private opportunity-intelligence memberships and preserve founding-stage research evidence.

Membership information

When you start a membership, DemandAhead may store your work email, company name, a free-text description of what you sell, territory, priority cities, selected plan, subscription status, private feed token, billing-provider identifiers and feed activity timestamps. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in DemandAhead's database.

Private feed activity and outcomes

If you mark an opportunity as pursue, skip, contacted, replied, meeting, quoted, won or lost, DemandAhead stores that workflow state and any optional note or estimated value you enter. This is used to operate your feed and to learn which business-change signals are actually useful to suppliers.

Public business information

Opportunity records may contain public business-change evidence, public business identity/contact information and links to source records. DemandAhead uses this information for B2B sales research. An inferred opportunity is not represented as buyer-confirmed demand unless a buyer has actually confirmed it.

Billing information

Stripe processes subscription checkout and sends DemandAhead subscription/payment status events so access can be granted, restricted, renewed or canceled. DemandAhead stores Stripe customer, subscription, Checkout session and price identifiers needed for reconciliation; it does not store full card details.

Historical supplier-research responses

Earlier DemandAhead founding research focused on buyer-confirmed commercial-cleaning introductions. Historical responses may include company/business contact information and research answers. They are retained as research/audit evidence unless a valid correction or deletion request applies. They do not automatically enable alerts, buyer outreach or marketing enrollment.

Private feed links

Membership feed URLs contain an unguessable private token. Treat the link like a password: anyone with the full link may be able to view the corresponding membership feed. DemandAhead marks these pages noindex/noarchive and uses no-store browser/CDN headers, but members should still keep the link private.

Questions, correction or deletion

For a privacy question or a request involving information you submitted, contact hello@demandahead.com. Include the work email/company used for the membership or historical research so the record can be located.
